Our story

We started Mission-Minded Bookkeeping because we know the financial challenges ministries and charitable organizations face, and we wanted to be on the front lines helping.

Our team has more than seven years of church and non-profit accounting experience, along with hands-on ministry experience. We know first-hand the demands of ministry life and how much it matters to have accurate, relevant financial data when it is time to make a decision.

With every organization we serve, we keep the mission in mind. Your accounting tells one part of your story, and it can help you accomplish everything you are called to do. Mission-Minded Bookkeeping exists to make sure that part of the story is told faithfully and well.

The practice is led by owner and lead bookkeeper Maxwell Wuethrich, who works alongside every client to keep their books clean and their leaders informed.
